Background: On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Microsoft pushed a new version of code to their authentication system which had errors. As a result, Microsoft 365 Authentication was broken for a period of roughly two hours. However, users using Apple's Mail app are still unable to receive Microsoft 365 emails due to the way Apple handles authentication.
Users must force Apple to reauthenticate to Microsoft 365. This is an easy task.
Here are the instructions to fix the issue:
Open the Apple Mail App
Hit the Details button on the bottom bar of Apple Mail
Hit Settings on the popup
Hit Re-enter password
Hit Continue
The account should automatically re-login without having to enter credentials.

If you do not have the Account Error prompt with the details link, follow these instructions:
Open Settings
Scroll to Apps (at the bottom of Settings)
Scroll to Mail
Click Mail Accounts
Click your ArchOKC.org account.
You will have a button to "Re-enter password."
Follow the steps to re-authenticate.
